If you add our zinc and selenium liquid minerals to a drink, along with the Electrolyte Liquid Concentrate, it then packs additional infection combating properties of chicken soup (which has selenium from garlic in it) and zinc cold lozenges. Dr. Kane advises against mixing the E-lyte liquid minerals with E-lyte electrolytes, but I have found this combination to provide great results for my son and other family members - resolving upset stomachs and speeding up recovery.
 
Electrolyte Liquid Concentrate is a highly concentrated solution designed to be diluted in liquids. Simply mix E-lyte in water, milk, soup, casseroles, pasta, stews and sauces. I mix it into the hamburgers I fry up for my son.
Recommended dose

3 capful in 8 oz. or 8 oz. in a gallon of water. I use 1 to 1 1/2 capfuls in a glass of water, twice a day, taken with supplements.
