These tablets have a natural orange flavor, but do have a bit of a sharp orange baby aspirin taste, because of the Alpha Lipoic Acid content. If taste is an issue, they could be ground up in a blend with a smoothie.

Caution: Because of the inclusion of Croscarmelose Sodium, it is compliant with the GFCF diet but not the SCD diet. Also some sensitive individuals can have an adverse reaction with the Rebaudioside A, although typically people reporting these side-effects were using large amounts of it a sugar-substitute in coffee and other hot drinks.
